I’m Puerto Rico first  Certified Supervisor Trauma Recovery Coach (CTRC-S) and the first Spanish-speaking Supervisor in the International Association of Trauma Recovery Coaching (IAOTRC). Also, a complex trauma (cPTSD) survivor. As Coach, I hold a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space for individuals who maintain highly functional lives, but silently struggle with cPTSD, toxic shame, impostor syndrome, and the psychological and emotional aftereffect’s that the adverse experiences or trauma have left on their lives. As a mental health professional, I use coaching and co-regulation as a modality to support clients in their recovery. Highly trained and skilled in complex trauma and healing methodologies.

Also, I am a Certified Professional Life Coach (ICF) with a specialization in Resilience. Skilled in organizational gamification tools. Certified as International Mentor (CIM) / Mentor Sherpa (MSP) with the global mentoring association “RG-Mentores (RGM) and Financial Social Worker Educator with The Center For Financial Social Work. Work under the ethical and professional standards of The International Association of Trauma Recovery Coaching, International Coach Federation and “Red Global de Mentores”.

I graduated from the University of Phoenix in Puerto Rico with a M.B.A. in Technology Management (TMG) and an M.B.A. in Electronic Business (E-BUS).
